As Ragland Realty’s Sales & Leasing Manager, Myria leverages her experience in managing teams, orchestrating events and analyzing data while maintaining her innate ability to create and maintain a vital personal connection with Ragland clients. Myria came to Ragland Realty with an extensive background in culinary management, quickly channeling her commitment to excellence into her passion for real estate and investment. 

At Ragland, Myria manages leasing for all residential and commercial properties in the Ragland portfolio as well as those owned by the family offices with which they work. She also sells Ragland properties from the portfolio, acquires new properties – specifically multifamily value properties – for the fund, and manages short-term rentals for Ragland investors. Her aim is to optimize property management operations and facilitate investment property purchases and sales with a meticulous approach to ensure not just successful, but truly exceptional, transactions.
