Chief Operating Officer

Johnny Chrisan is a licensed real estate service provider in Texas. The license was issued to Johnny Chrisan by TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission). TREC requires that all real estate brokers and sales agents meet and maintain specified levels of education to hold a license to act as a real estate agent. Agents are required to follow the provisions of The Real Estate License Act and the Rules of the Texas Real Estate Commission in all transactions and to deal with the public in a competent and honest manner.

Myria Free,

Sales & Leasing Manager

As Ragland Realty’s Sales & Leasing Manager, Myria leverages her experience in managing teams, orchestrating events and analyzing data while maintaining her innate ability to create and maintain a vital personal connection with Ragland clients. Myria came to Ragland Realty with an extensive background in culinary management, quickly channeling her commitment to excellence into her passion for real estate and investment. 

At Ragland, Myria manages leasing for all residential and commercial properties in the Ragland portfolio as well as those owned by the family offices with which they work. She also sells Ragland properties from the portfolio, acquires new properties – specifically multifamily value properties – for the fund, and manages short-term rentals for Ragland investors. Her aim is to optimize property management operations and facilitate investment property purchases and sales with a meticulous approach to ensure not just successful, but truly exceptional, transactions.


Jess Hamill,

Development Manager

Ragland Realty Development Manager Jess Hamill amassed an enviable breadth of experience in his 30+ years in Construction Management and Wealth Development. After earning degrees in Physics and Construction Management, Jess’ career started large with his role as Project Manager of Skyline Builders in Austin, increasing the company’s volume almost 2000% in his first three years. During his 13- year career at Skyline, Jess worked his way to President and built the company up to one of Austin Business Journal’s 25 largest General Contractors. Jess then worked as an agent with New York Life Insurance Company out of the company’s Chicago General Office, becoming the top producing case count “new” agent in his first three years before moving to the Austin General Office where he mentored other agents while continuing his account service work.

Now as Ragland’s Development Manager, Jess manages the entire development process, from feasibility analysis and acquisition, to structuring deals and financing. In keeping with the Ragland focus on a service-oriented approach to driving customer investment, Jess couples his development expertise and customer-centric mindset to each client engagement to assess and help prioritize their business needs.
